Citation and commencement

Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation WICA-S734-2020 2019, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2019.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 September 2020.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner or an Assistant Commissioner authorised in writing by the Commissioner in accordance with section 76 of the Act:
an offence under section 25(1) or (4), 30(1), (2A) or (3), 34P(1) or (4), 35(8), 50(4), 61(1), (3) or (5), 62(1) or 68(6) of the Act;
an offence under any regulations made under the Act.
Revocation
The Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Cap. 354, Rg 5) are revoked.
