Proposed text

—(1) An applicant may apply for the grant of one or more of the following approvals in a single application, which must be accompanied by an application fee for the approval as determined in accordance with the Healthcare Services (Fees) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 1032/2021), if prescribed:(a)approval to provide a licensable healthcare service at any permanent premises;(b)approval to provide a licensable healthcare service using a conveyance;(c)approval to provide a licensable healthcare service by any other service delivery mode;(d)approval to provide a specified service.(2) An application for the grant of an approval must be made no later than —(a)in relation to an approval mentioned in paragraph (1)(a), (b) or (c) — 2 months before the licensable healthcare service is provided at the permanent premises, using the conveyance or by the service delivery mode, or the expiry of any such approval, as the case may be; or(b)in relation to an approval mentioned in paragraph (1)(d) — 2 months before the specified service is provided, or the expiry of any approval for the specified service, as the case may be.
