Exemption in relation to provision of peritoneal dialysis support by outpatient medical service licensees

Subregulation 1
Section 8 of the Act does not apply in relation to the provision of an outpatient renal dialysis service by a person who holds a valid licence to provide an outpatient medical service and only provides peritoneal dialysis support.

In sub-paragraph (1), “peritoneal dialysis support” has the meaning given by paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Act.
