No. S 215Registration of Births and Deaths Act(CHAPTER 267)Appointment of Deputy RegistrarsIt is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, the Minister for Home Affairs has appointed the following officers to be the Deputy Registrars of Births and Deaths for the purposes of the Act, with effect from 1st May 1998:(1)Commanding Officer, Clementi Neighbourhood Police Centre.(2)Commanding Officer, Jurong East Neighbourhood Police Centre.(3)Commanding Officer, Bukit Merah West Neighbourhood Police Centre.[RBD/120 Vol. 6; AG/LEG/SL/267/97/1 Vol. 1]
