Regulation 2
Compoundable offences
The following offences (other than a continuing offence) may be compounded by the Registrar‑General in accordance with section 55(1) of the Act:
(a)
an offence under section 7(6), 8(4), 10(6), 22(5), 23(3), 26(5), 32(5), 33(2), 35(5) or 42(3) of the Act;
(b)
an offence under regulation 11(3), 16(3), 19(3) or 23(3) of the Registration of Births and Deaths Regulations 2022 (G.N. No. S 408/2022).
