Debt Collection (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2023 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation DCA-S726-2023 2022, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2022.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Debt Collection (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 December 2023.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Licensing Officer or an authorised officer in accordance with section 35 of the Act:
an offence under section 28(3) of the Act;
an offence under regulation 10(2), 11(3), 12(2) or 13(4) of the Debt Collection (General) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 724/2023).
