Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Gambling Control (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 September 2022.

Gambling Control (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2022 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation GCA-S683-2022 2022, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2022.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Gambling Control (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 September 2022.
Compoundable offences
Each of the following offences is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 115 of the Act:
an offence under section 22(4) of the Act for contravening section 22(2)(b) or (3)(b) of the Act;
an offence under section 28(2) or 85(2) of the Act;
an offence under section 31(2) or (4) of the Act;
an offence under section 32(3) or (4) of the Act;
an offence under section 33(1) or (3) of the Act;
an offence under section 105(3), 106(4) or 107(3) of the Act;
an offence under section 117(6) or 118(6) of the Act;
an offence under regulation 20 of the Gambling Control (General) Regulations 2022 (G.N. No. S 682/2022).
