—(1) A person who is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants immediately before 9 June 2025 is deemed to be a qualified individual under regulation 4(c) of these Regulations.(2) An individual who has successfully completed the AML/CFT course within the period prescribed under regulation 6(1) of the revoked Regulations immediately before 9 June 2025 is deemed to have successfully completed the AML/CPF/CFT course for the purpose of an application under section 8(1).(3) A responsible individual of a person or registered filing agent who has successfully completed the AML/CFT course within the period prescribed under regulation 7(1) of the revoked Regulations immediately before 9 June 2025 is deemed to have successfully completed the AML/CPF/CFT course for the purpose of an application under section 8(1).(4) In this regulation —“AML/CFT course” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the revoked Regulations;“registered filing agent” has the meaning given by section 41;“responsible individual” has the meaning given by regulation 7(3) of the revoked Regulations.
