Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Significant Investments Review (Compoundable Offences — Minister for Home Affairs) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 28 February 2025.
Definition
In these Regulations, “designated entity” means ST Logistics Pte. Ltd.
Compoundable offences
Subject to paragraph (2), for the purposes of section 53(2) of the Act, each offence specified in the Schedule is prescribed as a compoundable offence.
A continuing offence is not a compoundable offence.
