Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Significant Investments Review (Composition of Offences — Minister for Defence) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 28 February 2025.
Definition
In these Regulations, “designated entity” means any of the following:
ST Engineering Marine Ltd.;
ST Engineering Land Systems Ltd.;
ST Engineering Defence Aviation Services Pte. Ltd.;
ST Engineering Digital Systems Pte. Ltd.;
Sembcorp Specialised Construction Pte. Ltd.
Compoundable offences
Subject to paragraph (2), for the purposes of section 53(2) of the Act, each offence specified in the Schedule is prescribed as a compoundable offence.
A continuing offence is not a compoundable offence.
