—(1) After each review of an approved drinking water quality management plan required by regulation 13, the WQMP water provider must give to the Agency a report of the review —(a)in the form specified for this purpose on the Internet website at https://www.sfa.gov.sg; and(b)no later than 31 December of the year in which the review is conducted, or such later time as an authorised officer may allow in any particular case.(2) The report of a review of an approved drinking water quality management plan may include one or more proposals to amend the approved drinking water quality management plan.(3) Paragraph (1) does not apply to an existing WQMP water provider who, no later than the relevant date, has submitted to the Director‑General, Food Administration appointed under the Sale of Food Act 1973, a report of the review required by the former Regulations for the year 2025 of the water safety plan applicable to the drinking water service provided by the existing WQMP water provider; and that report is deemed to be a report of the review for the year 2025 of a drinking water quality management plan submitted under this regulation.(4) A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.(5) Strict liability applies to the offence in paragraph (4).
