A further sum of $492,937,900, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 1991 (Act 14 of 1991), is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 1991 to 31st March 1992.

A further sum of $557,705,600, not otherwise provided for by a resolution of Parliament made on 21st March 1991 regarding the Development Estimates contained in Command Paper 6 of 1991, is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 1991 to 31st March 1992.

The sums specified in subsections (1) and (2) are hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
