Short title
This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Supply (FY 2007) Act 2008.
Supply $912,630,070 and $171,123,900
A further sum of $912,630,070, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2007 (Act 18 of 2007), is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008.
A further sum of $171,123,900, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2007, is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008.
The sums specified in subsections (1) and (2) are hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
