Clause 1

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Supply (FY 2011) Act 2012.

Clause 2

Supplementary supply from Consolidated Fund

(1)

A further sum of $501,847,683, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2011 (Act 10 of 2011), is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2011 to 31st March 2012.

(2)

The sum specified in subsection (1) is hereby appropriated for the several Heads of Expenditure for the public service specified in the Schedule.

Clause 3

Supplementary supply from Development Fund

(1)

A further sum of $509,753,800, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2011, is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2011 to 31st March 2012.

(2)

The sum specified in subsection (1) is hereby appropriated for development purposes under the several Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
