Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Supply $32,318,858,720 and $19,606,584,900

A sum not exceeding $32,318,858,720 is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2001 to 31st March 2002.

A sum not exceeding $19,606,584,900 is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2001 to 31st March 2002.

The sums specified in subsections (1) and (2) are hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
