Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2007.

Supply $30,670,064,090 and $13,670,012,800

A sum not exceeding $30,670,064,090 is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008.

A sum not exceeding $13,670,012,800 is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008.

The sums specified in subsections (1) and (2) are hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
