Clause 1

Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2010.

Clause 2

Supply from Consolidated Fund

(1)

The total moneys hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011 shall be a sum not exceeding $55,560,908,700.

The moneys referred to in subsection (1) are hereby appropriated for the several Heads of Expenditure for the public service specified in the Schedule.

Clause 3

Supply from Development Fund

The total moneys hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011 shall be a sum not exceeding $26,023,710,900, of which $25,600,000 shall be met from the provision made for the Special Risk-sharing Initiative Programme.

The moneys referred to in subsection (1) are hereby appropriated for development purposes under the several Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
