Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2012.

Clause 2

Supply from Consolidated Fund

(1)

The total moneys hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013 shall be a sum not exceeding $58,030,938,500.

The moneys referred to in subsection (1) are hereby appropriated for the several Heads of Expenditure for the public service specified in the Schedule.

Clause 3

Supply from Development Fund

The total moneys hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013 shall be a sum not exceeding $19,978,889,500.
