Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Prescribed Date) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 January 2018.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Prescribed Date) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 January 2018.
Prescribed date
For the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of “under‑aged person” in section 2(1) of the Act, the date prescribed is 1 January 2019.
