Citation and commencement
This Order is the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Therapeutic Products) (Exemption) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 November 2016.
Exemption
The Act does not apply to a health product registered or deemed to be registered as a therapeutic product under the Health Products Act (Cap. 122D).
