This Order may be cited as the Town Councils (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 24 July 2015.

reg 2Declaration of precincts for lift upgrading works

The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.
