Section 4(1) of the Trustees Act is amended by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (e) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(f)in negotiable certificates of deposits denominated in Singapore currency and issued by any bank in Singapore,”.
