Amendment of section 42
Section 42 of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004 is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “employee” in subsections (1)(a), (2)(a) and (3), the words “, a consultant”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “employee,” in subsection (5), the word “consultant,”.
