Clause 25

The Accounting Standards Act 2007 is amended by deleting the word “Council” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “Committee”: Section 8(1) and (3) Section 9(1) and (2) Section 10(1) and (3)(a) and (b) Section 11(2) and (3)(a).
