Section 3

The Minister may by notice in the Gazette prohibit the exportation from Singapore, or any part thereof, either absolutely or subject to such conditions as may be specified in the notice, or to any named country, territory or place, of any plant or part thereof which is capable of use for the reproduction of that plant.
