Application for grant of financial adviser’s licence

(1)
An application for the grant of a financial adviser’s licence must be —
(a)
made to the Authority in such form and manner as may be prescribed; and
(b)
accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of a prescribed amount, which must be paid in the manner specified by the Authority.

The Authority may require an applicant to provide it with such information or documents as it considers necessary in relation to the application.[8
