Payment of claim after decision

(1)
Unless otherwise allowed by the Authority, the person ordered to make payment to the other party must do so within 30 days of —
(a)
the decision of the committee under section 112; or
(b)
where an appeal was made under section 114, the decision of the Authority under that section.

Failure of a casino operator to pay within the time specified in subsection (1) is grounds for disciplinary action.
