Exclusion orders by Authority

(1)
The Authority may, by an exclusion order given to a person orally or in writing, prohibit the person from entering or remaining on any casino premises in such circumstances as the order may specify.

(2)
An oral exclusion order lapses after 14 days.
(3)
As soon as practicable after the Authority gives an exclusion order under this section, the Authority must notify each casino operator of that order.
