Exclusion orders by Commissioner of Police

(1)
The Commissioner of Police may, by a written exclusion order given to a person, prohibit the person from entering or remaining on any casino premises in such circumstances as the order may specify.

As soon as practicable after making an exclusion order, the Commissioner of Police must notify each casino operator and the Authority of that order.
(3)
A person who has been given an exclusion order under this section may appeal to the Minister whose decision is final.
