Section 123

An exclusion order made under section 121 or 122 remains in force in respect of a person unless and until it lapses or is revoked by the person who gave the order or by the Minister, on appeal.

When an exclusion order is revoked by the Commissioner of Police or the Minister, the Commissioner of Police must notify each casino operator and the Authority of the revocation.

When an exclusion order is revoked by the Authority or the Minister, the Authority must give notice of the revocation to each casino operator as soon as practicable after it occurs.
