Section 130

Interpretation of this Part

In this Part —“acceptable proof of age” for a person means —

(a)

documentary evidence that might reasonably be accepted as applying to the person and as proving that the person is at least 21 years of age; or

(b)

evidence that the Authority has declared by written notice given to a casino operator to be acceptable evidence in relation to the operation of the casino that a person is at least 21 years of age;“minor” means a person who is below 21 years of age.

Definition

“acceptable proof of age” for a person means —

Definition

“minor” means a person who is below 21 years of age.
