Section 134

Entry of minors to be prevented

(1)

If a casino operator or a casino employee is aware that a person who may reasonably be suspected of being a minor is attempting to enter the casino premises, the casino operator or casino employee must refuse the person entry to the casino premises.

(2)

The casino operator or casino employee is not required to refuse the person entry if there is produced to the casino operator or casino employee acceptable proof of age for the person.

(3)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be —

(a)

liable to disciplinary action, in the case of a casino operator or a licensed special employee; or

(b)

guilty of an offence, in any other case.
