Section 193

All members, officers and employees of the Authority, all inspectors, all members of the evaluation panel appointed under section 45A, all members of committees appointed by the Authority under section 12(1) or 112(4) and all members of the Council and any Committee of Assessors constituted under section 157(1) are deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code 1871.
