Section 37

to the portion of the property, assets, interests, rights, privileges, liabilities and obligations transferred to the Authority under section 33 pending or existing immediately before 2 April 2008; or (b)to any employee transferred to the service of the Authority under section 34 pending or existing immediately before 1 July 2008, by or against the Government, or any person acting on its behalf, may be continued and is to be enforced by or against the Authority.
