Grant or refusal of casino licence
(1)
The Authority must determine an application for a casino licence by either granting or refusing the application and must notify the applicant in writing of its decision.
(2)
A casino licence may be granted subject to such conditions as the Authority thinks fit.
(3)
Without limiting the matters to which conditions may relate, the conditions of a casino licence may relate to any matter for which provision is made by this Act but must not be inconsistent with a provision of this Act.
(4)
If an application is granted, the casino licence is granted for the term, subject to the conditions and for the location specified in the licence.
