Section 49B
Renewal of casino licence
(1)
An application for the renewal of a casino licence must be —
made to the Authority in the form specified by the Authority not later than 6 months before the date of expiry of the casino licence;
accompanied by the prescribed application for renewal fee; and
accompanied by such documents and information as may be required by the Authority as regards that licence.
(2)
If an application to renew a casino licence is submitted to the Authority less than 6 months before the date of expiry of the casino licence, the application must, in addition to the renewal fee, be accompanied by the prescribed late application fee.
(3)
Sections 44 to 49 apply, with the necessary modifications and subject to this section, to an application and an applicant for the renewal of a casino licence as they do to an application and an applicant for the grant of a casino licence.
