Change in situation of associate
(1)
Where a change of a kind specified by the Authority in writing given to an associate of a casino operator takes place in the situation existing in relation to the associate of the casino operator, the associate must notify the Authority in writing of the change within 14 days after it takes place.
(2)
Any associate of a casino operator who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $25,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $2,500 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
