Return of special employee licence on suspension or cancellation
(1)
If a special employee licence is suspended or cancelled, the licensee must return the licence to the Authority immediately after the suspension or cancellation.
(2)
Any person who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $1,000 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
