Change in situation of licensee
(1)
Where a change of a kind specified by the Authority in writing given to a licensee takes place in the situation existing in relation to the licensee, the licensee must notify the Authority in writing of the change within 14 days after it takes place.
(2)
Any licensee who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action under section 93.
