Clause 43

A public path warden and a volunteer public path warden who, in the course of his or her duty as a public path warden or volunteer public path warden, as the case may be, exercises any power in section 41(2) and (3), respectively, in accordance with the written authorisation of the Authority under section 41(1) is taken to be a public servant for the purposes of the Penal Code (Cap. 224) when exercising such power.
