Miscellaneous amendments

The principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “Secretary” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “Chief Executive”:Sections 9(b), 16(2), 18(1) to (4), 20 (including the section heading), 23(1) and (2), 24(1) and 32(1) and (2), and paragraph 10 of the Second Schedule; and

(b)

by deleting the words “, the Chief Executive and the Secretary” in section 25(1) and substituting the words “and the Chief Executive”.
