Amendment of section 63

In the principal Act, in section 63 —

(a)

in subsection (1), after “a Muslim charitable trust”, insert “, wakaf or nazar”;

(b)

in subsection (1), after “any Muslim charitable trust,”, insert “wakaf or nazar,”; and

(c)

in subsection (2), after “affecting any”, insert “Muslim charitable trust,”.
