Amendment of section 109B
In the principal Act, in section 109B —
(a)
in paragraph (a), replace “109A(2) or (4)” with “109A(4)”; and
(b)
in paragraph (b), replace “109A(1), (3) or (5)” with “109A(1) or (3)”.
