Act not to affect insurance policies
(1)
The making of a directive shall not affect the sale, procurement or issuance of a policy of insurance or any of the terms thereof.
(2)
A policy of insurance shall not be avoided, invalidated or otherwise affected by the withholding or withdrawal of extraordinary life-sustaining treatment from an insured person in accordance with this Act.
