Amendment of section 27
Section 27 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by inserting immediately after the words “Judge thereof” appearing in the first line thereof the words “or the State Advocate-General”; and
(b)
by inserting immediately after the word “Judge” appearing in the marginal note thereto the words “or State Advocate-General”.
