Clause 15
(1)
An operating permit —
(a)
shall, unless it has earlier lapsed or been revoked or suspended, be valid for such period, not exceeding 12 months commencing from the date of its issue, as may be specified in the operating permit; and
(b)
may be renewed upon its expiry.
(2)
An application for the renewal of an operating permit shall be made in accordance with the prescribed requirements.
