Compensation for any animal or bird destroyed
No compensation shall be payable in respect of any animal or bird which has been destroyed under the provisions of section 20 of this Ordinance:Provided that the Minister may in his discretion authorise the payment of such sum as he may determine as compensation in respect of such animal or bird.
