Penalties for offences for which no expressed penalty is provided

Any person guilty of an offence under this Ordinance, or any order or rule made thereunder for which no expressed penalty is provided shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine.
