Clause 65

The Minister may appoint a suitable place or places within the State to be a veterinary centre or centres for animals and birds or for any kind of animal or bird and may make rules for the management thereof, and may prescribe the fees to be paid for the maintenance and treatment therein of any kind of animal or bird and the fees to be paid for the destruction or burial of the carcase of any animal or bird treated or detained therein.
