Clause 13

Section 22 of the Architects Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) Any licensed limited liability partnership shall, within 30 days of the occurrence of any change in the composition of its partners, furnish the Board a true report in writing giving full particulars of the change.”.
